What does “One Stop Service” entail?

Thoto’s one stop service consists of the following:

• Development of key data fields to be captured in order to align with the client’s needs, suggesting the minimum required by law

• Development of a Visual Basic supported data capturing system to enable easy and effective integration with the client’s requirements

• Development of a data tick sheet to align with the key required data fields and the developed capturing system

• Dispatching of highly effective trained resources to capture the asset data, with minimal disturbance of the activities at the facilities visited. This involves the capturing of all asset information, and taking digital photographs of all assets captured for tracing purposes.

• All data is captured in the developed data system to support the client’s system (such as SAP); and development of standard integrity and management reports.

NB: Thoto gives top consideration to the client’s needs during the asset capturing process, interfering as little as possible with business activities in order to minimize interruptions of normal business flow.
